MAJOR OBJECTIVE

The Business Skills for Entrepreneurs is designed to provide a thorough understanding of how a business works from a financial point of view and to equip delegates with the necessary tools to enable them to start up and run a small business.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Pictorial graphics in a unique delegate workbook as well as a cash flow simulation model are used to communicate basic business concepts.

In house instructors are licensed to conduct the programme on a modular basis.  Introductory programmes are conducted by Stratagem over two days.

DURATION

Course duration is five days.  Presented in company.

FOR WHOM INTENDED

Entrepreneurs or employees who have a reasonable level of education but who prefer less reading and writing than is required on most traditional supervisory programmes.  This programme is being used where companies have started with privatisation and need to retrench employees who will late become their sub-contractors.
