TRAINING METHODOLOGY
A detailed workbook containing theory as well as practical case study material. Discussion exercises in small groups facilitate transfer of learning into the real-life situation.
WHEN TO DO THE TRAINING
Best before a trustee’s meeting so that immediately after the training, the practical application is experienced. Delegates are prepared using the previous financial period’s results as a template.
